THE GALVANIZING PROCESS
After fabrication the material goes through a 7 tank Galvanizing process in Galvanising plant and is galvanised as per IS specification. The minimum coating of galvanising is between 65 to 85 microns. Galvanizing makes the product corrosion free and makes it long lasting. The life of a galvanised pole is about 15-20 years. The test certificate of the galvanized product will be provided with the delivery of material (on customers request).
